Technical Project Manager (Integration & Cloud)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex, technology-driven integration projects. This role combines hands-on technical understanding with strong project governance, leading cross-functional engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.

Core Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Governance: Lead the full project lifecycle (initiation to deployment), managing schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, and resource allocation across integration workstreams.
• Technical & Integration Oversight: Collaborate with Technical Leads to review architecture, validate high/low-level designs (HLD/LLD), and ensure scalable integration delivery (iPaaS, APIs, Databases, Cloud).
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams of software engineers, developers, and technical specialists.
• Stakeholder & Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and senior leadership, presenting technical solutions, project milestones, and risk reports clearly.
• Banking Migrations: Drive complex client migration projects, ensuring strict adherence to delivery commitments, compliance, and governance artifacts.

Key Skills & Qualifications

1. Project Management & Leadership

• Experience: 5+ years managing technology/integration projects, with 3+ years in a Lead/Project Manager capacity.
• Domain Experience: Proven track record in Banking client migration projects.
• Certifications (Preferred): PMP (or equivalent), Agile/Scrum.

2. Technical & Integration Expertise

• iPaaS / Integration Platforms: Hands-on exposure to Boomi AtomSphere or similar platforms (e.g., MuleSoft). (Note: Boomi experience is preferred, not strictly mandatory).
• API Management & Protocols: REST/SOAP APIs, API Gateways, OAuth, EDI, MDM, JSON, XML, XSLT, Groovy/JavaScript.
• Databases & Middleware: SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra), flat files, message queues.
• Cloud & DevOps: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Software Fundamentals: Knowledge of languages/frameworks (Java, Python, .NET) and modern architecture (microservices, serverless).

Preferred Certifications

• Cloud Certification (AWS Preferred)
• Database Certification (Oracle Preferred)

iPaaS Certification (Boomi or MuleSoft)
