Experience in warehouse, logistics, retail operations, or a related field will be an added advantage.

Able to lead, guide, and motivate a team.

Able to communicate in English and Mandarin is strongly preferred.

Able to read and understand English and Mandarin documents is important.

Lead and supervise the warehouse team in daily operations.

Plan daily tasks and arrange manpower effectively.

Coordinate product preparation and related warehouse activities.

Manage stock receiving and dispatch operations.

Monitor daily warehouse activities and overall workflow.

Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Handle warehouse systems, computer records, and related documentation.

Coordinate with retail outlets and internal teams on stock requirements.

Guide, train, and support warehouse staff.

Ensure the warehouse remains safe, clean, organised, and efficient.
