This position will be based at Medini, Iskandar Puteri, Johor

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage stock purge, pullback, and inventory-related requests.
• Coordinate with relevant teams on quality inspections, notifications, and part dispositions.
• Track and update inspection and shipment status.
• Investigate and resolve inventory and parts discrepancies.
• Perform part verification and quality checks before shipment.
• Prepare and update daily/weekly operational reports and scorecards.
• Maintain records for extra, damaged, and non-conforming parts.
• Ensure all quality notifications are resolved before shipment completion.
• Perform QC tagging and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and 5S standards.
• Ensure warehouse activities comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and CTPAT requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Key Requirements

• Minimum SPM holder.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer service or QC role.
• Experience or knowledge in Import and Export will be an added advantage.
• Commitment for quality and detail oriented.
• Adaptable to fast-moving work environment.
• Able to work independently and perform with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
