Job Description

• Prepare, plan and organize daily ingredients and equipment
• Prepare food accordingly to requirements and/or standards and recipe
• Monitor stock levels, track wastage, rotate stock (First In First Out), and assist with ordering or portion control
• Ensure workstation are tidy, clean and sanitized
• Ensure all food items are stored properly and check for food expiry date
• Upkeep and ensure cooking utensils are clean

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Cook or Chef De Partie
• Able to work on weekends and Public Holiday
• Able to work overtime when required
• Possess valid food safety certificate
