Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers' enquiries regarding vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Receive customers' vehicles and conduct preliminary inspections to identify reported issues.
• Explain recommended repairs, maintenance requirements, estimated costs and service timelines to customers.
• Prepare service quotations, job orders and related service documentation.
• Coordinate with the Technical Team to ensure servicing and repair work is completed within the promised timeframe.
• Monitor repair progress and provide regular updates to customers.
• Explain vehicle inspection findings, repair recommendations and completed work to customers.
• Ensure all service records, job orders and customer information are accurately maintained.
• Assist in handling customer complaints and resolving service-related issues professionally.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and ensure customers are satisfied with the completed service.
• Follow up with customers after servicing to obtain feedback and maintain good customer relationships.
• Promote recommended maintenance services, genuine parts and relevant after-sales service packages.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, manufacturer service standards and EV safety requirements.
• Coordinate with the Warranty Officer on warranty-related repairs and claim documentation when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum SKM or Diploma in Automotive Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive after-sales service is an advantage.
• Good communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of automotive servicing, maintenance and repair procedures.
• Knowledge of electric vehicles (EVs) is an advantage.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management systems.
• Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to learn about EV technology and manufacturer service procedures.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
