• Responsibilities:
• Actively approach and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Introduce, promote, and explain products to customers with confidence.
• Learn and understand product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations and information.
• Build good relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Arrange, restock, and maintain product displays to ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure products are displayed properly.
• Handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
• Be proactive in attending to customers and creating a welcoming environment.
• Support daily store operations and perform other assigned duties.
• Requirements:
• Responsible, positive attitude, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage and talk confidently with customers.
• Patient and customer-oriented mindset.
• Passion for sales and customer interaction.
• Outdoor enthusiast is preferred.
• Able to learn product knowledge quickly.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
• Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage but not required.

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
