JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and record incoming goods from suppliers and ensure all deliveries are supported by the correct documents.
• Check delivery orders, invoices, purchase orders, and other relevant documents to ensure the information is accurate.
• Verify the quantity of goods received against the purchase order and delivery order.
• Ensure all received goods are checked for product names, item codes, barcodes, packaging conditions, and expiry dates where applicable.
• Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, missing items, excess quantities, or incorrect deliveries to the Purchasing Department and superior.
• Ensure all incoming goods are properly recorded and updated in the company's inventory system.
• Prepare and maintain receiving records, goods received notes (GRN), and other relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse, Purchasing, and Operations Departments to ensure smooth receiving processes.
• Ensure all goods received are labelled correctly and placed in the designated storage areas according to company procedures.
• Follow up with suppliers and the Purchasing Department regarding delivery discrepancies, damaged goods, and incomplete deliveries.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all receiving records for reference and audit purposes.
• Assist in stock checking and stock reconciliation whenever required.
• Ensure all receiving activities comply with company SOPs and inventory control procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper documentation in the receiving area.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior or management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
