About the role

• Oversee Sample Room & R&D Operations (Stationed in Guangdong Factory, Mon–Fri)

• Specializing in Wetsuits, Rash Guards & Spandex/Lycra fabric Water Sport Wear

• 5-Day Work Week (Sat & Sun Off) / Factory Meals & Dormitory Provided

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Sample / R&D Department in our Mainland China factory.

• Oversee sample development, pattern making, grading, cutting, and fitting for wetsuits, rash guards, and

elastic functional water wear.

• Evaluate and calculate production standard time, workflow/operation breakdown, and piece rate pricing (工

時 / 工段 / 工價).

• Resolve technical issue in sample development to ensure smooth bulk production.

• Coordinate with Hong Kong merchandising team and factory production departments.

About you

• Must be stationed in Mainland China Factory from Monday to Friday (Weekends off).

• Solid experience in sample room management, pattern making, and grading within garment / sewing /

functional sportswear industry.

• Hands-on experience with elastic fabrics(Spandex/Lycra), neoprene, wetsuits, or rash guards construction.

• Knowledge in industrial engineering (IE), garment costing, operation breakdown, and standard time

calculation.

• Good command of Cantonese & Mandarin.
