Education (Meet one of the following):

• SPM / STPM school leaver with a genuine passion for child development.

• Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education (ECE)or a related field.

• Valid KAP (Kursus Asuhan Permata) Certificate.

Personal Attributes: Patient, caring, responsible, and passionate about working with young children. Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative, positive attitude. Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Nice to Have (But Not Required): Prior experience in a childcare or educational setting. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Classroom & Instructional Support: Assist the Lead Teacher in preparing and organizing daily lessons, activities, and educational materials. Help set up and maintain a clean, safe, orderly, and welcoming classroom environment.

Child Supervision & Care: Actively supervise and engage children during all activities, playtime, meals, and transitions. Support children's personal needs with care and patience, including feeding, hygiene, and rest routines.

Development & Documentation: Observe children's interactions and progress. Assist in documenting developmental milestones and share observations with the Lead Teacher to support individualized learning.

Team Collaboration & Growth: Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required, contributing to a collaborative team culture.
