QUALIFICATION/S

· Preferably degree in Engineering or related discipline

EXPERIENCE

· At least 5 year(s) of working experience in related field or in manufacturing industry

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

· Manufacturing methods and procedures

· Manufacturing Quality and Technique ( Audit, MSA, SPC)

· Geometrical and Tolerance (GD&T)

· Possess knowledge in ISO9001 in manufacturing

· Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.To assist to oversee the whole operations and functions of QA & QC Department;

2.Lead QAQC department to meet business annual key performance indicators (KPI);

3.To lead and manage subordinates to ensure everyone of them work with clear objectives and clear functions to cover the overall activities.

4.Organize and conduct regular in-house quality training for QA/QC staffs as well as operators;

5.Manage and Follow up daily Job QA Eng on managing Incoming goods, Calibration, In process, Outgoing, sample approval, compliance audit, on time delivery of goods;

6.Lead new sample approval project

7.Attending to complaints immediately. Perform in-house investigation and provide corrective actions to customer and drive the team for continuous improvement.

8.Ensure the performance of the activities in accordance to the company policies, customer’s requirement and specification;

9.Ensure QMS is established, implemented & maintained accordance to ISO9001. Report to Quality Manager on any failure and suggest quality improvement;

10.Formulating and implementing with improved work method to optimize the quality standards;

11.Ensure QMS is established, implemented & maintained accordance to ISO9001. Report to Quality Manager on any failure and suggest quality improvement;

12.Ensure that adequate planning is carried out in order to maintain and improve the effectiveness of the QMS and attainment of Quality Objectives;

13.Customer complaints and drive quality improvement initiatives;

14.Attend customer meeting/ Internal meeting (Daily Production );

15.Continuous improvement - Training & Supplier Audit;

16. Ext/Int/Customer Auditor /Auditee;

17. To lead and manage subordinates to ensure everyone of them work with clear objectives and clear functions to cover the overall activities of incoming QC, in-process QC, outgoing QC, documents control and filing and proper usage of equipments. Support production in resolving daily quality issues.

18.Lead QA Sample approval Project and New Revision

19.Attending to complaints immediately without fail upon received from customer on any quality issue. Perform in-house investigation and provide corrective actions to customer and drive the team for continuous improvement.

20.Assist Manager customer regulation query , ISO 9001 activity

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,300.00 per month
