Broadway Photo Supply Ltd Hiring! Full Time Accounting Manager in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Oversees day-to-day accounting and financial operations, review and control, including payment administration, accounts receivables and accounts payables monitoring

• Supervise accounting teams on all accounting activities, bank reconciliation, external audits and tax filing

• Prepare financial reporting and analysis and support on cash flow management

• Review contract, internal operational memos and provide financial assessments and recommendations on business initiatives

• Review workflow, practices and policies to enhance operational and reporting efficiency

• Serve as a key point of contact, communicating effectively with external auditors, financial institutions and external parties

• Assist in other finance functions and ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance or above

• Qualified HKICPA members

• At least 8 years' accounting / auditing experience, with supervisory or managerial exposure

• Advanced computer skills with proficiency in accounting software and Power BI

• Mature, independent and self-initiative with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accountant
