About Wonder Balloons

Wonder Balloons Malaysia (WB Supplies & Services Sdn Bhd) is a balloon decoration and brand activation company in Klang. We decorate launches, events and stores for corporate clients. We also run an online balloon shop and a retail store.

The role

You'll run all of our operations and manage a team of 7: online order packing, event delivery and setup, and our retail store. We dispatch 50 – 70 online orders a day and run setups for corporate clients across the Klang Valley. You'll work from our office and store. Our site team runs setups, so you'll only go on-site when it's really necessary. You'll report to the Senior Admin Executive.

What you'll do

• Manage the operations team: a packing team, a site operations team (including our driver) and retail store staff
• Plan the team calendar for deliveries and setups, and confirm dates, times and venue access with clients
• Make sure online orders go out complete, correctly packed and on time, every day
• Oversee day-to-day retail store operations and staffing
• Approve overtime and handle attendance, performance and discipline for your team
• Record overtime, project costs and operations expenses, and report them every month
• Support the sales and admin teams in delivering client projects and internal jobs
• Improve how the team works, and write down processes so they don't depend on one person

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in operations, logistics, warehouse or events, including at least 1 year supervising a team
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets, and confident with costs and numbers
• Class D driving licence. You may need to drive the company car
• Calm under pressure, firm with your team and clear with clients

Salary and benefits

• RM3,500 – RM4,500 per month

• Overtime pay when overtime is needed

Hours and location

• Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm, at our office and store in Klang
• Saturday, 9am – 1pm, working from home
• Permanent, full-time, with a 3-month probation
• Immediate start

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
