Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry, ensure accurate and time process of sales orders as per customers requirements
• Assist in sales enquiries and providing accurate sales quotations as directed
• Liaise with the relevant operation departments from confirmed order till readiness for delivery
• Liaise with customers on the delivery requirements
• Support sales team in achieving the department objectives
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• GCE N/O levels/NITEC
• Proficient in MS Office skills, especially MS Word and Excel
• Good communication skills and positive work attitude
• Pleasant personality
• At least 1-year work experience, preferably in the related field
• Fresh diploma holders can be considered
