Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing enterprise application development, maintenance, and production support within an insurance environment. The role requires strong .NET technical knowledge, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead application development, enhancements, maintenance, and production support.
• Coordinate developers, business stakeholders, and infrastructure teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate root cause analysis.
• Manage project timelines, deployments, system upgrades, and application performance.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong experience with .NET, C#, and ASP.NET enterprise applications.
• Experience in frontend/backend development, system integration, and application support.
• Basic understanding of infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Strong technical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• Insurance, ECM, and Mandarin language experience are advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
