Responsibilities
Location:Tuas (Transport provided at CCK&Jurong East)
Monday – Friday
️8:30am – 6:00pm
Basic Up to $2400 + AWS + VB + PB
Job Scope:
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
Prepare shipping and import/export documents
Monitor shipment status and delivery schedules
Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams
Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Min N level and above
Min 1 year relevant customer service experience
Only Singaporean may apply
