Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn.
2. Client Acquisition: Approach potential corporate clients, understand their requirements, and convert prospects into customers.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
4. Sales Presentations: Present products or services, conduct meetings, deliver proposals, and explain the value of the company's offerings.
5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions to close sales deals.
6. Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly or quarterly sales targets, revenue goals, and customer acquisition KPIs.
7. Market Research: Research competitors, market trends, customer needs, and potential business sectors.
8. Proposal and Quotation Preparation: Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, sales agreements, and presentations.
9. Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads, follow up with prospects, update CRM records, and monitor deal progress.
10. Cross-selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to sell additional products or services to existing customers.
11. Internal Coordination: Work with marketing, operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
12. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and client activities.
