Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchasing Executive role based in Malaysia. The Purchasing Executive will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely procurement of goods and services. The role involves evaluating suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms, maintaining accurate purchasing records, and monitoring inventory levels in line with business requirements. The Purchasing Executive will also support compliance with company policies and procurement standards, assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities, and provide regular reports on purchasing performance to management.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management and Procurement to oversee sourcing, supplier evaluation, and negotiations.
• Candidates should possess skills in handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and management.
• Relevant experience in purchasing, supply chain, or procurement within industrial, property, or investment-related sectors is beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with ERP or procurement systems are advantageous.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high ethical standards in all purchasing activities.
