About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our brand on social media platforms. Your primary goal is to build our sales pipeline by leveraging social media to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients, while creating compelling video content that drives inbound interest.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Leverage digital tools and social media platforms (FB/Instagram, TikTok/Douyin, RedNote) to attract potential leads.
• Engage with prospects through comments, DMs, and social interactions to build relationships and generate interest.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads via chat and calls. Nurture relationships with them through consistent follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and lead status in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for outreach, lead generation, and qualified opportunities.

Content Creation & Brand Awareness

• Create, film, and participate in short-form video content for TikTok/Douyin, Instagram Reels, and RedNote.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, sounds, and formats to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
• Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing our product value and company culture authentically in video content.
• Interact with our social media community to foster engagement and identify potential sales opportunities from comments and messages.

What We're Looking For

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Social Media Management.
• Deep understanding of the culture and algorithms of TikTok/Douyin, RedNote (XHS), and Instagram.
• Comfortable and confident appearing in video content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must for RedNote (XHS).
