JOB SUMMARY

This role plays a key role in supply chain management, ensuring that procurement activities align with the company's budget, timeline and quality standards. his or her function is to ensure smooth business operations and maintaining accurate records. this position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and collaborate across teams to meet business objectives efficiently.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• source and evaluate potential suppliers or vendors
• negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in procurement operations.
• prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of goods
• monitor and determine inventory levels and purchase needs.
• communicating with suppliers to confirm availability, delivery timelines, and pricing.
• ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures standards.
• liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• keep accurate procurement records and documentation

EDUCATION

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, supply chain, or related fields

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales administration or operation support
• proven experience in sales administration, operations support, or a related role
• strong proficiency in MS Words, MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• attention to details, good and effective communication and interpersonal skills
• customer-focused with a collaborative team approach

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY

• English (read, write & conversational)
• Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage
• Bahasa Malaysia

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
