Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Main technical contact between technical team and customers, responsible for software deployment, technical support, troubleshooting, training and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Support projects from planning and deployment through to customer support.
Work with customers to troubleshoot technical and process-related issues.
Support IMS software implementation, testing, QA, and deployment.
Provide customer training and technical demonstrations.
Collaborate with consulting, software development and sales teams.
Gather customer feedback and communicate requirements for product enhancements.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing/assembly.
Familiarity with Industrial Engineering concepts.
Strong SQL and database knowledge.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in process control, software deployment, factory scheduling or external sensors is a plus.
