Education & Technical Skills

• Possess a Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.

• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Good understanding of engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.

• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Language & Communication Skills

• Able to communicate fluently in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Possess basic written English proficiency.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Other Requirements

• Possess a valid driving licence.

• Willing to travel for project-related activities and site inspections.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.

Project Management & Execution

• Manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and project scope.

• Oversee project activities involving dust collectors, blower fans, screw conveyors, and bulk material handling equipment.

• Develop project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.

Team Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with internal teams, including design, fabrication, installation, engineers, and technicians.

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Site Supervision & Quality Control

• Conduct site visits and inspections across Malaysia and the region to monitor project progress.

• Ensure engineering works comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

• Resolve on-site challenges and coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare regular project progress reports, financial summaries, and project status updates.

• Present project updates to senior management, clients, and relevant stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and conduct post-project reviews.
