We're Hiring: Professional Services Engineer – Network Security

Location: Selangor, Malaysia

Employment Type: Long-Term Contract

We are looking for an experienced Professional Services Engineer with strong expertise in Network Security and hands-on experience with Netskope and/or Zscaler to support enterprise security implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and optimise Netskope and/or Zscaler security solutions.
• Deliver SSE/SASE, Zero Trust, Secure Web Gateway (SWG), and private application access implementations.
• Manage migrations from legacy proxy, VPN, and security platforms.
• Troubleshoot network and security issues involving DNS, routing, proxies, VPNs, and application connectivity.
• Integrate security solutions with SSO, identity providers, SIEM, MDM, and firewalls.
• Conduct technical workshops, solution testing, documentation, and post-implementation optimisation.

Key Requirements

• Hands-on implementation experience with Netskope and/or Zscaler ZIA/ZPA.
• Strong knowledge of Network Security, SSE/SASE, and Zero Trust architecture.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, proxies, firewalls, SSL/TLS, and VPN technologies.
• Experience with security policies, authentication, traffic steering, and identity integration.
• Strong customer-facing communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Mandarin language proficiency is mandatory.

Experience with both Netskope and Zscaler, enterprise security migrations, Python scripting, and relevant certifications will be an advantage.
