Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any field.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome.

  • Good communication and follow-up skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily communication with property owners.

  • Follow up on owner approvals for repairs, maintenance, and tenant matters.

  • Prepare tenancy agreements and renewal documents.

  • Follow up on tenant contract renewals.

  • Check unit inspection and move-in/move-out reports.

  • Coordinate with the Operations, Customer Service, and Technician teams.

  • Update owners on unit status and ongoing matters.

  • Perform general administrative tasks.
