• Able to handle pre and post-contract administration

• Computer literate, self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal skill

• Sound working knowledge of cost control

• Chinese speaking candidates preferred

• Responsible for overall Q.S operation including take-off, BO & materials, tendering & cost analysis

• Responsibile for claims and cost management and able to prepare progress claim, final account, valuation of contract works

• Responsibile for overall project contract administration and co-ordination

• Liase with consultants, main contractor and sub-contractor
