Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, E-Commerce, or a related field.

Previous experience in sales administration, e-commerce, or order processing is an added advantage.

Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, PG Mall, or Shopify.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders and invoices.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

Process orders from e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, PG Mall, and Shopify, including printing airway bills.

Enter and manage invoices for each online order.

Regularly update product stock and upload new products to sales platforms.

Manage parcel shipments through courier companies such as J&T and Mail Boxes Etc.

Update daily and monthly sales reports.

Ensure all orders are processed accurately and within the required timeframe.

Communicate with customers regarding any order or delivery issues.
