We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to better serve our Mandarin-speaking customers

Responsible for all shipping related matters, managing and supervising all aspects of the shipping process, including coordinating shipments, arranging shipments and ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.

Manage import and export processes and ensure compliance with all required government policies and licensing regulations.

Coordinate with forwarder agents for shipment booking and preparation of shipping documents.

To apply and arrange endorsement for export shipping documents.

To act as key liaison and follow up with government authorities such as Custom, MIDA, MITI, SIRIM and consignee / forwarding freight agents on custom related matters.

Review monthly import and export reports, customs report and bi-monthly import exemption reports for customs, MITI and MIDA.
