Role Description

The Key Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Subang Jaya, responsible for managing and growing relationships with key retail and distribution partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing account performance, developing joint business plans, negotiating commercial terms, and monitoring sales targets and promotional activities. The role involves analyzing market and customer data, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth execution. The Key Account Manager also handles customer queries, resolves operational issues, prepares regular performance reports, and contributes to strategic planning for brand and channel expansion.

Qualifications

• Strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills, with proven experience handling major clients or retail partners.
• Solid Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities to interpret data, forecast sales, and develop growth strategies.
• Excellent Customer Service orientation, with the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in FMCG, toys, consumer goods, or retail environments is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM or sales reporting tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Subang Jaya, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
