About the role

We are seeking a customer-centric PMO & Product Support Analyst to join our Product & Tech team in the air cargo logistics space. This hybrid role combines 40% Project Management Office (PMO) operations with 60% Product Support.

Leveraging your SaaS Customer Success or Support background and basic sales lifecycle understanding, you will help coordinate tech delivery while resolving customer issues and representing user needs.

What You'll Do

• PMO Coordination (40%): Track project milestones, maintain Jira/Confluence workspaces, facilitate agile standups, and build status reports across Product, Tech, and Commercial teams.
• Product Support (60%): Triage and resolve incoming support tickets, investigate bugs, and gather technical details for engineering escalation.
• Bridge & Advocate: Translate technical solutions for sales and customer teams, and use support trends to advocate for product roadmap improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have' for the role:

• 2+ years in SaaS Customer Success, Product Support, or Technical Account Management.
• Understanding of sales workflows and how support issues impact account retention and commercial goals.
• Hands-on experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Jira Service Management) and PM tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate across cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Notion, etc.)

Nice to Have

• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, aviation, or technology companies
• Experience supporting senior leadership teams or driving company-wide transformation initiatives
