Responsibilities

• Assist the project managers to track progress against the project plan.
• Facilitate regular meetings to include creation of agenda, recording of notes and timely generation & communication of minutes.
• Work with business team to ensure business requirements are clearly defined, understood and translated into business user requirement documentation
• To act as the point of contact throughout the project development cycle.
• To work closely with I.T. team throughout the course of software development to ensure an efficient process is followed.
• Manage the day to day operational and tactical aspects of allocated projects.
• Facilitate pre project planning stage eg: RFI, RFP and tender processes in compliance to the enterprise Procurement Policy
• Determine project objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and preparing the business requirement specification.
• Establish, build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage the User Acceptance Testing inclusive prepare testing strategy, facilitate testing triage meeting, manage daily testing progress, defects management and provide the UAT testing report.
  
  

Requirements

Degree qualified in Business or Insurance related disciplines.

Certification in Project Management and Business Improvement is an advantage.

Minimum 1 year experience, preferably in project management or involvement in Project specially of the role Business Analyst.

Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Analytical and problem solving skills to build roadmaps towards delivering business objectives.

Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed documentation of business solutions e.g. policies / procedures, process flows, system setting and reporting templates, etc.

Excellent relationship management, negotiation, presentation and communication skills both oral and written.

Knowledge of General or Life insurance and decision tree logic isan added advantage.

Knowledge and development skillset for RPA is an added advantage.
