Job Description
Accounts & Finance
Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other financial transactions.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and suppliers.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
Assist with monthly closing, financial reports, GST submissions, and audit preparation.
Liaise with external accountants, auditors, customers, and suppliers on accounting matters.
Human Resources
Handle monthly payroll processing, CPF contributions, and IRAS submissions (IR8A and IR21).
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, and other HR correspondence.
Handle MOM work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related matters.
Monitor work permit expiry dates, employee insurance, and medical examinations.
Coordinate foreign workers' arrivals, accommodation, dormitory check-ins/check-outs, and repatriation.
Arrange employee training, safety courses, and certification renewals.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Liaise with government agencies, dormitory operators, training providers, and external parties.
Provide general office administration and operational support.
Perform other accounts, HR, and administrative duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Relevant experience in accounting, payroll, and HR administration is preferred.
Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial procedures.
Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations, CPF, IRAS, and MOM work pass procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software.
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Able to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
A good team player with a positive working attitude.
Experience in the Singapore construction industry and foreign worker management is an advantage.

We originate from a humble beginning of being a small sub-contractor doing ceiling and partition works to begin a main-contractor specializes in commercial and industrial projects.
We work with our clients closely from concept to completion to create effective solutions for both individual & roll-out identities. We are able to put effective “inter-disciplinary’’ teams together to review and solve all sites issues.
