Job Description:

• Oversee lighting projects from initiation to completion, including project scope, budgeting, procurement, supplier coordination with local and overseas manufacturers, and final handover.
• Supervise and support Project Coordinators by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and reviewing their work and documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, main contractors, M&E consultants, and architects throughout the assigned projects.
• Examine contracts, technical specifications, and project drawings to identify potential risks, discrepancies, scope omissions, and variations at an early stage.
• Monitor project expenditure and profit margins, authorize purchase orders, and oversee variation claims, progress payments, and final account settlements.
• Provide management with regular updates on project progress, cash flow forecasts, and any operational or commercial concerns.
• Collaborate with the Costing & Tenders team on value-engineering initiatives, cost optimization, and the preparation of post-award project budgets.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or any related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
