As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their financial situation and property investment goals, introducing EPC’s services, and guiding them through the initial consultation and onboarding process. You will work closely with the EPC team to ensure clients receive suitable property investment solutions and a professional experience throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and follow up with potential clients and leads.
• Introduce and explain EPC’s property investment advisory services.
• Understand clients’ investment goals, financial position, and preferences.
• Arrange consultations and client meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Follow up on enquiries and assist clients throughout the sales process.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress.
• Coordinate with the property advisory team regarding client requirements.
• Represent EPC professionally during meetings, events, and client engagements.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with clients.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and target-driven.
• Willingness to learn about property investment and financial concepts.
• Good teamwork and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in sales, property, customer service, or financial services is an advantage but not compulsory.
