Assist the Head Chef in planning menus, food preparation, and kitchen operations
Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and teamwork
Step in for the Head Chef during their absence
Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas
Responsibilities
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet established standards
Monitor food inventory, stock rotation, and ordering of supplies
Enforce food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all times
