This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Subang Jaya. The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, presenting real estate solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Daily tasks include meeting prospective clients, conducting property viewings, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to understand product offerings, market trends, and client requirements. The Sales Executive is expected to build long-term relationships, achieve sales targets, and represent Laurelcap Group professionally in all client interactions.

Qualification

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Solid relationship-building and customer service skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Good knowledge of real estate markets, valuation concepts, and property management fundamentals, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Competence in using CRM tools, office productivity software, and basic data analysis for reporting and planning.
• High level of self-motivation, integrity, and professionalism, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Subang Jaya, including attending client meetings, property visits, and industry events as required.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
