Key Responsibilities

1. OTA Strategy & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all OTA partners (Agoda, Traveloka, *************, Expedia, FunNow, etc.).
• Maintain regular communication and build strong working relationships with OTA Market Managers to secure key promotional slots and visibility boosts.
• Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic OTA campaigns, seasonal sales, mega-promotions, and flash deals to maximize room exposure.

2. Revenue Management & Yield Optimization

• Manage daily rates, inventory allocation, and rate parity across all distribution channels via channel managers and PMS.
• Implement dynamic pricing strategies based on local market demand, competitor movements, local events, and historical trends.
• Monitor key performance metrics (ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy Rate) and adjust pricing models to meet monthly revenue targets.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration with Marketing

• Work closely with the internal digital marketing team to align OTA promotions with social media campaigns, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO), and direct booking drives.
• Strategize campaigns that convert OTA guest traffic into direct, loyal bookers through membership and bot ecosystem perks.
• Provide data-driven insights to marketing regarding market trends, high-performing demographics, and seasonal shifts.

4. Analytics & Market Intelligence

• Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to protect market share without engaging in unnecessary price wars.
• Track channel performance, commission costs, and campaign ROI to identify the most profitable sales mix.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and revenue performance reports for senior management.

In this role, you will lead our Online Travel Agency (OTA) distribution strategy, foster close relationships with OTA market managers, actively participate in high-converting campaigns, and collaborate directly with our marketing team to drive top-line revenue and direct bookings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in hotel sales, revenue management, or OTA channel management within the hospitality/property industry.
• Network: Established relationships with OTA Market Managers in the Malaysian hospitality sector is highly advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Experience using Channel Managers, Property Management Systems (PMS), and analytics tools. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Mindset: Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
