Accounting Assistant

Salary:
$2,400 - $2,800 (Based on Experience)

Location:
Joo Koon

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

5-day work week

Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities:
Handle accounts payable and daily accounting transactions

Perform bank and account reconciliations

Assist with month-end closing activities

Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents

Prepare accounting schedules and financial documentation

Assist with audit preparation and provide required supporting records

Perform data entry and maintain accounting records using Excel and relevant software

Support other finance and accounting duties as required

Requirements:
Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

More than 2 years of relevant accounting experience

Hands-on experience with accounts payable and reconciliations

Familiar with month-end closing procedures

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Responsible and looking for stable, long-term employment

Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
