Perform frontline operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, referral bookings, and cashiering duties when required
Attend to walk-in patients, phone enquiries, and emails in a timely and professional manner
Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients
Support doctors in language translation when needed
Maintain accurate and organised patient records.
Ensure proper management of drug inventory
Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image
Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and data protection regulations
Perform phlebotomy duties when required
Adhere to SOPs and perform routine checks/audits within the clinic
Responsible for daily operations matters and includes collating & compiling patient management indicators for presentation to management
Assist in coverage of other facilities when required
Job Qualification:
Minimum GCE 'N'/'O'/'A' Levels, NITEC or Diploma Holders
Valid phlebotomy certificate (If any)
Frontline customer service experience is an added advantage.
Relevant work experience in healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
Experience in working with diverse group of professionals/personnel.
