WE’RE HIRING: ART DIRECTOR

Avision Agency is looking for a talented and passionate Art Director to join our creative team.

We’re looking for someone who can turn ideas into compelling visual stories, lead creative direction, and bring brands to life across campaigns, digital content, social media, and other creative platforms.

• Develop and lead creative concepts from ideation to execution.
• Establish strong visual directions for campaigns and brand projects.
• Create moodboards, visual references, layouts, and creative presentations.
• Work closely with copywriters, designers, photographers, videographers, and account teams.
• Ensure creative work is consistent with brand identity and project objectives.
• Present and communicate creative concepts clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Oversee the quality and execution of creative deliverables.
• Stay up to date with design, advertising, culture, and visual trends.
• Mentor and inspire junior members of the creative team.
  

• Proven experience as an Art Director, Senior Designer, or in a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, visual storytelling, and campaign development.
• Excellent understanding of branding, typography, composition, colour, and visual communication.
• Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Confident presenting ideas and collaborating with clients and creative teams.
• Proficiency in relevant creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience in an advertising, branding, digital, or creative agency is a plus.
