Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in property development, real estate, or related industries.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Enthusiastic about venturing into the Property Industry.

Must possess own transport and be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Behavioral Competency: - Excellent in selling, negotiation & Communication Skills, Customer Focused, Analytical Problem Solving

Able to start work immediately or short notice will be added advantage.

Prefer with experiences candidates

Participate in assigned sales events, roadshows, exhibitions, and station at the sales gallery as assigned.

Coordinate with purchasers, solicitors, financiers, and interdepartmental teams for timely execution of Sale & Purchase Agreements and Loan Agreements.

Monitor and track the sales process for efficient closing and documentation within set time frames, and after-sales services.

To conduct feasibility study, market intelligence research, analyzing demands on the latest property trends and customer’s preference for product improvement and marketability.

Prepare of sales & marketing materials and kits relating to sales, promotion and advertisement including, brochures, flyers, press advertisement and others.

Perform ad-hoc assignments and duties assigned by the Management as and when necessary.
