Responsibilities
Healthcare Industry | 9-Month Maternity Cover
Location: Kent Ridge
Working Hours: Mon–Thu, 8.30am–6.00pm | Fri, 8.30am–5.30pm
Job Responsibilities
Manage facilities development and A&A projects from planning to completion.
Lead design development, feasibility studies and project coordination.
Manage consultants, contractors, procurement and construction activities.
Review project schedules, method statements, materials and permits.
Coordinate with users, stakeholders and local authorities.
Prepare cost estimates, scope of work, reports and presentations.
Requirements
Degree in Architecture, Building, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in complex A&A projects within a live environment.
Healthcare or commercial project experience is advantageous.
Owner/developer-side experience is advantageous.
Good technical, project management and stakeholder management skills.
