Gateway Search Hiring! Full Time Facilities Engineer - Mandarin Speaking in Selangor - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Manage factory facility projects, including design review, schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC, chillers, dehumidifiers, CDA, vacuum, electrical/power, and water systems.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Manage facility maintenance and resolve operational issues.
• Lead facility upgrades and improvement projects.
• Supervise and train technicians; prepare SOPs, MOPs, and technical manuals.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements.

Requirements

• Mandarin speaking is mandatory for communication with Mandarin-speaking management, colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience in facilities/plant engineering within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical/power, water supply & drainage, and facility systems.
• Experience in facility construction, maintenance, and improvement projects.
• Proficient in CAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in Rawang, Selangor.
