Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers on overdue payments via calls and messages (WhatsApp)
• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely collection
• Negotiate repayment plans with customers when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve billing issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• No experience needed (Training will be provided)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
