Responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
• Drive learning & development, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
• Lead organizational development and change management projects.
• Ensure HR policies, processes, and systems remain effective, compliant, and scalable.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, workplace safety regulations, and HR best practices.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and insights to support management decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial leadership role.
• Well verse across talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
• Well verse in understanding of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to drive organizational change and build a positive workplace culture.
