Job Overview We are looking for a Data Architect to coordinate and manage enterprise data blueprints, structural storage infrastructures, and information governance frameworks from initial planning through completion. This role will work closely with software engineering teams, database administrators, data scientists, product managers, business intelligence leads, and key project stakeholders to ensure all data architectures are delivered according to agreed schedules, technical requirements, data quality standards, and corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate enterprise data infrastructure projects, data modeling lifecycles, and structural blueprint pipelines from initial planning through completion.
• Develop project schedules, warehouse synchronization baselines, master data management milestones, and system architecture deployment plans.
• Coordinate closely with core software engineering, business intelligence analytics, cloud engineering, and operations security teams.
• Monitor project progress, data warehouse compute costs, system resource utilization, data lineage pipelines, and key technical deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal clients, external software platform suppliers, cloud infrastructure hosts, and cross-functional technology consultants.
• Review project requirements, technical system schematics, relational/non-relational database drawings, metadata models, and source-to-target mapping plans.
• Support procurement and coordination of big data analytics tools, database engine software licenses, data ingestion frameworks, and related systems.
• Monitor installation, database queries performance testing, data lake structural integration, and the formal technical commissioning of data pipelines.
• Identify project risks, pipeline execution latency, database query bottlenecks, and data security exceptions and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare system infrastructure reviews, data asset map schedules, and executive technology updates.
• Ensure project activities are carried out in accordance with relevant internal governance policies, strict database quality metrics, and local data protection regulations (such as PDPA).
• Maintain accurate project documentation, master data dictionaries, architectural schema records, and lifecycle log archives throughout the asset lifecycle.
• Support improvements to enterprise data storage models, multi-disciplinary engineering coordination, and automated ETL/ELT workflows.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related quantitative technical field.
• Experience in data architecture blueprinting, big data engineering, advanced data modeling, enterprise database optimization, or related systems consulting industries.
• Good understanding of relational and non-relational database design, data pipeline orchestration mechanisms, cloud migration models, and technical cross-functional coordination methods.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouse ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, Google Cloud BigQuery, AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse) and advanced data visualization tools will be an advantage.
• Strong project coordination, communication, vendor relationship negotiation, and stakeholder alignment capabilities under complex system engineering timelines.
• Good analytical, quantitative system diagnostics, and systematic structural troubleshooting abilities.
• Able to manage multiple big data infrastructure development activities simultaneously and execute layouts according to tight, agreed project timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, enterprise data architecture mapping tools, and standard relational database query configurations (SQL).
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary engineering crews, external technology vendors, corporate security advisors, or enterprise platform leads will be an advantage.

Pay: $9,000.00 - $15,500.00 per month
