Job Summary:

• Writing qualification and validation documents as per the site’s Validation Master Plan.
• Reviewing and compiling documents pertaining to qualification and validation.
• Execute qualification and yearly re-qualification activity for all autoclaves and solution manufacturing system which require usage of thermal validation system.
• To participate and organize the aseptic process simulation activity every 6 months.
• To participate in all courses of GMP training as per the training schedule.
• To participate in all investigations related to qualification and validation matters and work closely with Quality department to prevent major and critical deviations and failures.
• To assist in monitoring the revalidation schedules and ensure that all the revalidations are performed as per the schedule.
• Coordinate with cleanroom testing contractor to perform HEPA filters integrity test; air change rate test; air cleanliness classification test; air recovery test; room differential pressure test; air flow velocity test and air flow smoke pattern test.
• To achieve compliance with HALAL requirements, ISO requirements such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 17025, cGMP and GDP requirements such as PIC/S, US-FDA, EU-GMP, EU-GDP, local regulatory and third-party principal requirement.
• To undertake any other duties as directed by the Immediate Supervisor and Management as and when required.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
