The Opportunity

• Salary: Up to $5500 (subjected to experience)
• Location: Central
• 1 year contract

• Passionate about the retail industry, has business acumen
• Solid analytical skills, number sensitive, detail oriented and organized
• Effective in communication, excellent interpersonal skills
• Skillful in project management and advanced in excel skills

Job Description

• Follow-up on purchase orders and secure orders from clients
• Manage product and marketing related enquiries from clients
• Coordinate animations, target sampling and promotional activities efficiently
• Coordinate with Field Staff and liaise Retail Managers with internal contacts for action Interact effectively with internal other departments (Marketing, Logistics, Finance department, etc.)
• Assist the team with daily administration, operations and travel arrangement
• Prepare analysis reports on sales, promotional activities and others
