Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Quality Reviewer to review, edit, and refine written content across various formats. The role focuses on ensuring content meets quality standards for grammar, clarity, tone, accuracy, and readability. The ideal candidate has strong English language skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for writing. A background in Literature, Creative Writing, Copywriting, Journalism, or a related field, along with experience in content creation, storytelling, or social media writing, is an advantage.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, readability, and an appropriate tone.
• Identify and correct grammatical, spelling, punctuation, formatting, and language errors.
• Ensure content is clear, concise, consistent, and aligned with the intended message and target audience.
• Evaluate content quality and recommend improvements to enhance readability and overall effectiveness.
• Maintain editorial, language, and formatting standards across all content.
• Apply strong attention to detail to ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by supporting content quality and editorial best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Mandatory:

• Strong command of the English language, with excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to review and refine content for tone, accuracy, and readability.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent grammar, spelling, punctuation, and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have:

• Background in Literature, Creative Writing, Copywriting, Journalism, Communications, or related fields.
• Experience in content creation, storytelling, or social media writing.

Working Details:

• Contract Duration: 12 months.
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, rotational shifts: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. | 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. | 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. | 1:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. | 4:30 p.m. – 1:30 a.m. | 8:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m. | 10:30 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
• Working Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
• Work Mode: On-site.
• Shift Allowance: RM200 or RM400, depending on the assigned shift.
• On-call Support: May be required based on business needs. If overtime is required for on-call support, contractors will be compensated according to the standard overtime (OT) pay rate.
