• Develop and prepare stakeholder communications, presentations, training materials, and learning content.
• Support change management activities, stakeholder engagement, and communication coordination.
• Assist in training needs analysis, training preparation, and delivery coordination.
• Maintain change management documentation, trackers, status reports, and supporting materials.
• Support change readiness assessments and track activities to ensure stakeholders are prepared for upcoming changes.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure change activities are completed within agreed timelines.
