Position: Solar Project Coordinator
Salary : RM3,500 – RM4,500 (Depending on Experience)
Working Days : Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with customers, sales teams, installers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to support smooth project execution.
- Assist with installation schedules, manpower planning and daily project coordination.
- Follow up on customer readiness, payment status, required documents and site arrangements before installation.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with site teams regarding installation updates and completion status.
- Maintain and update project schedules, status trackers and relevant project records.
- Follow up on pending tasks, delayed projects and rescheduled work to ensure timely completion.
- Collect and organize site photos, project updates, documents and issue reports.
- Prepare simple daily or weekly project progress updates for the Project Manager.
- Coordinate technician visits, inspections, troubleshooting and repair appointments for after-sales matters.
- Maintain customer and service records and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Review project information and documents before scheduling installation and highlight any missing information or potential issues.
- Communicate with relevant parties and provide updates on project status and follow-up matters.
- Handle routine coordination and administrative matters and refer important issues to the Project Manager when required.
- Support general project administration and other related tasks as assigned.
- Use Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, WhatsApp and AI tools to organize information and improve work efficiency.
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Electrical, or a related field.
- Experience in project coordination, customer service, administration, scheduling, construction, electrical or solar-related industries is an advantage.
- Experience working with technicians, installers, contractors or site teams will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Good command of English and Mandarin. Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive and WhatsApp.
- Organized, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Able to work independently and coordinate with different parties.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new digital tools and AI technology.
Note : Solar industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
