• Others such as projects/undertaking new roles/duties assigned by Management

Scope of the role

Supporting the Head of Department to deliver an efficient and effective building management and facility services in Campus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the delivery of building management and facility services
• Manage and execute the predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance of all building systems / facilities / equipment within Campus
• Able to manage all aspects of building function and functionality of the facilities/services
• To lead and manage contractors/vendors and/or a team to upkeep the building through regular/routine inspection/maintenance and all regulatory compliances
• To manage defects and rectification to prevent/minimise disruption to the company core business
• To manage the team/building occupant/tenant/vendor and contractor

• Diploma / Degree in Building management or Building maintenance or any related field
• 5 years of working experience in building management / maintenance or related field
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory role is preferred
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Good planning and organisational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good knowledge of building statutory requirement
• Fire Safety certification, Green Mark Facility Manager/Green Mark Manager certification is preferred
